The Challenge

Wentworth Puzzles were looking for a new IT partner to help improve the performance and monitoring of their IT systems, this was to ensure that it could deal with peak periods whilst also having the capability to scale with business growth.

The Solution 

Flair 4 IT were selected by Wentworth Puzzles due to our reputation, agile approach, technical ability and approach to resolving the current challenges.

We worked with the team at Wentworth Puzzles to understand the existing IT set up and subsequently propose and then implement:

  • Upgrades to existing servers
  • Virtualisation
  • Support with ERP system to upgrade to SQL Server

Since this project we have continued to provide a managed support service to Wentworth Puzzles for both daily IT requirements and longer term strategy.

The Result 

The initial project delivered to the requirements of Wentworth Puzzles improving capability, capacity and reliability of systems. The continued desktop support provides a point of contact to help resolve issues quickly should they arise.
