The Challenge

WECIL identified a need for external support to review and update their existing IT systems including email, existing server set up and collaboration tools.

The Solution 

Flair 4 IT were selected by WECIL. We worked with the team at WECIL to understand current challenges but also future requirements to ensure we implemented solutions that could grow with them and not need replacing after 12 months.

To address the challenges and ensure future scalability the Flair 4 IT team:

  • Migrated the existing exchange email server to Microsoft Office 365
  • Increased performance and life of the existing internal server
  • Increased existing space on the physical server
  • Implemented Microsoft SharePoint

Since this project we have continued to provide helpdesk support to WECIL including liaison with other suppliers to ensure the smooth implementation of other projects such as printing facilities.

The Result 

The initial project delivered to the requirements of WECIL improving capability, capacity and reliability of systems. The continued desktop support provides a point of contact to help resolve issues quickly should they arise.
