Having managed IT internally for many years, an office move prompted ServiceMax to identify a supplier who could ensure that the necessary IT infrastructure was in place at the new premises and who could also provide on-going IT support.

Flair 4 IT planned and managed the move of the existing IT infrastructure to new premises limiting downtime and disruption to the organisation for whom IT is business critical.


Since the successful office move, Flair 4 IT now continue to provide Business IT Support ensuring that the ServiceMax team can focus on the growth of the business.

Flair 4 IT also provide a physical presence within the office on a regular basis so that drop-in clinics can be undertaken, and less urgent issues can be resolved face to face. ServiceMax have found this to be a great way to scale additional IT resource as needed for both support and tactical projects too.
