Office 2010 Training Ready for Company-Wide Rollout
The Business:
The Challenge:
DHI were moving to Exchange 2010 and Outlook 2010 from a Linux based web-client. About 80% of the 200 users had not used Outlook before. Flair 4 IT recognised the need for these users to have training on to use Office 2010 and Outlook 2010 ahead of the deployment.

- Bespoke training sessions for up to 10 users at a time
- Additional training for site champions to train other users
- Provision of written resources and crib sheets prior to deployment
