1st Line Support Team Member

We are looking for a First Line IT Support to join our Bristol team.

You will be responsible for:

  • Answering the telephone and logging calls from Flair 4 IT clients
  • Updating our call logging and support database
  • Providing 1st line telephone/remote support
  • Liaising with suppliers
  • Preparing quotes and invoices
  • Dealing with software providers and other partners

Preferable (but not essential)

  • Good A Levels or related degree
  • Experience using call logging or CRM software
  • Microsoft Certifications (MCP, MSDSC)
  • Experience in customer services
  • IT helpdesk experience
  • Experience using Microsoft products


  • £15,000 – £16,000
  • 25 days holiday

Working hours

  • Bristol based
  • 8.30am  – 5.30pm
